After your initial welcome, Natalie will lead you into her modern kitchen and offer you a corn-based, paprika and parmesan appetizer. She will then explain how she makes one of the most traditional dishes in Argentina, the “carbonada” using her secret ingredient.Carbonada is a delicious ossobuco stew, cooked for several hours along with traditional ingredients such as sweet potato, squash and corn. Natalie is used to present her dishes and cooking techniques with a lot of detail on TV, so make sure you are ready to take mental notes, while you assist her in the making of this traditional dish. She can also offer a traditional Argentine barbecue option instead during spring and summer.
