A Ninshi is a samurai who teach ninjas. In the first half of the workshop, you will learn classic martial arts movements. In the second half, your instructor will give static and motion palpation to check your alignment and a short adjustment manipulation. This experience offers you to learn the classical ninshi bio-mechanical movements and gain knowledge that will help improve health. The olden-time shinobi knew that martial arts were techniques to maintain and improve health and help others. Our clan passed this knowledge on for their battlefield survival and in high-mountain training. They focused their attention on breathing, circulating "ki," and keeping conscious of their vital points in their training and meditation. Now, this clan practice is known as the Yobu Method. Our instructor. Genbu will lead your session with our licensed interpreter-guide. (Please know symptoms that have gotten worse over a long period of time require more than a few sessions.)
