At the same time she will take you to the "souk" (market) in the medina of marrakech, visit and buy all the ingredients and vegetables for the couscous. Back at the workshop in a horse carriage, Touria the cheffe will train you in: ROLLING the semolina by hand. PREPARE the sauce. CUT the vegetables and the 4 meats (lamb, beef, merguez, chicken) STEAM everything in a real couscoussier At 1:30 p.m., all will be ready and served at the table for tasting the Royal Couscous accompanied by moroccan salads with drinks. Lunch will be followed by a homemade dessert (Pastilla), and « nahnah » tea with mint and seasonal fruits.and a luxurious gift.
