Pasta in Italy has infinite shapes and styles. Some are long and thin, like spaghetti. Others brim with fillings of cheese, braised meat, amazing vegetables or fish, organic, seasonal and locally-sourced. During this 2 and half-hour class, limited to 8/10 participants, you are guaranteed one-on-one interaction with your cooking instructor. Learn how to form and fill traditional of stuffed pasta, how to prepare the main kind of dough for filled pastas and best ways to pair with its own delectable sauce. WE REMBER THAT ARE NOT ALLOWED NO ALLOWED FOR GLUTEN FREE, EGGS FREE and LACTOSE FREE, ALLERGY TO both GARLIC OR ONION. IT MUST BE COMMUNICATED IN ADVANCE, EVERY KIND OF ALLERGY OR NON-GRADIENT FOOD (eg vegetarian). Dont worry anyway you find a lot to eat!

Arrived at the meeting point we are waiting for you no later than 10 minutes after the agreed time (only in case of emergency contact by whatsapp +39 3931050885)

The class is in the meeting point (inside the store TUSCAN TASTE FLORENCE)

As soon as you arrive, you decide the menu based on the chef's instructions and your tastes (so always remember to report what you don't like if you have allergies) anyway remeber that is JOIN class so we need make any guests "happy"...

We start preparing pasta and sauces (about an hour)

We continue with the execution for ravioli, tagliatelle, spaghetti or other pasta that we decided to prepare
Hand on Pasta class!

In the end we eat and drink! (2 glass for guest 1 bottle for 4 guests)

I remind you to use proper clothes because you will be in a real kitchen so, for your safety and comfort, if possible not short shorts, no too wide and long sleeves, low-cut dresses and gathered hair.
