We’ll uncover Louisiana origins and farming traditions, which also link our African American and Caribbean communities. Among other immigrant-inspired cuisines found here in the Crescent City, we’ll enjoy a signature sandwich, before ending with a sweet treat with ties to the city’s history and locally harvested ingredients.
