Homemade Pasta - Cooking Class
We will choose together the menu , between proposals 1 and 2.
We will meet at 9am at the market in PiazzaSan Giovanni di Dio in Rome (Monteverde area) (not a tourist market!). Afterwards we will go to my house to prepare the type of pasta chosen from those following
Pasta all’uovo: Lasagnes, Tagliatelles, Tagliolini, Ravioli, Tortellini
Gnocchi farina e patate
Pasta farina e uova: Strozzapreti, Fettucine, Orecchiette
For the filling of tortellini or ravioli, the choice will be based on seasonal products that we will find at the market.

Appuntamento alle 9 del mattino al mercato in Piazza S. Giovanni di Dio a Roma (zona Monteverde) (non mercato turistico!). Successivamente andremo a casa mia per preparare il tipo di pasta scelto tra quelli seguenti.
Pasta all’uovo: Lasagnes, Tagliatelles, Tagliolini, Ravioli, Tortellini
Gnocchi farina e patate
Pasta farina e uova: Strozzapreti, Fettucine, Orecchiette
Per la farcitura dei Tortellini o dei ravioli, la sceltà si baserà sui prodotti di stagione che troveremo al mercato.

On réalisera un type de pâtes fraiches parmi la liste qui suit, on choisira également l’accompagnement et, dans
le cas des Ravioli et Tortellini, la farce (le choix se fera en fonction des produits saisonniers du marché et donc
ensemble lors des courses avec mes propositions):
Pâtes à l’oeuf: Lasagnes, Tagliatelles, Tagliolini, Ravioli, Tortellini
Gnocchi: farine et pommes de terre
Pâtes farine et eau: Strozzapreti, Fettucine, Orecchiette
