The Taste of Mexico
I like to cook because I always had an interest for experimentation, trying to combine typical Mexican flavors with healthy alternatives to enjoy tradition and rich flavors absolutely guilt free. I will present you with three ambitious courses with my interpretation of Mexican gastronomy, which will be freshened up with typical infusions like jamaica or horchata, traditional pairings for a hot spring day.
To make this party interesting I will offer mezcal for the brave, or wine if my guests want to take it slow. I'll be happy to put toghether a table full of color and tradition. You just need to have a seat and open your mind to a new and unforgettable experience.
Eatwith is the world's largest online marketplace for unique culinary experiences with locals. Savor local food and enjoy intimate supper clubs, hands-on cooking classes and bespoke private dining events in beautiful homes and exclusive venues with your loved ones.
Wellness Check: We ask all hosts and guests to confirm that they are free of COVID-19 symptoms before attending an Eatwith event. We also ask all participants to limit physical interactions including bypassing the customary welcome handshake.
First Course
An authentic Mexican antojito
To recall the colorful views of a Mexican street market
A corn tlacoyo
With Mexican salsa and spread with fresh cheese
Second Course
Meat or chicken with mole sauce
Something with a strong flavor to provide all the richness and warmth of a family table
Third Course
A surprise!
It could be a piece of bread with homemade marmalade, or a fresh baked cookie or cake. Dessert is just about crowning a great meal with tenderness and sweet memories.
