About your host, Christina: "Welcome to my kitchen! I'm Christina, a professional chef, cookbook author, recipe developer, and journalist based in Los Angeles, California. I love tantalizing palates throughout the city with traditional and modern Greek-themed pop-up dining experiences, which have been featured in Food & Wine magazine, amongst other media outlets."
