first course

Pasta with shrimps and Pistachio from Bronte
As good islanders, Sicilians often dress pasta with all sorts of crustaceans. The prawns, in particular, are among the favorites and in fact, we find them in many recipes of Sicilian cuisine. In the Mamma Corleones version they are enriched by the pistachio of Bronte, a product of excellence of our island.

Second course

Anchovy Fishballs
The anchovy fishballs are very tasty and nutritious. In fact, they contain anchovies that are part of the category of bluefish. This dish brings with it all the flavor of the Mediterranean. Mamma Corleone makes two versions of the anchovy fishballs: fried or with sauce. In any case, it is a dish that will never disappoint you!

dolce

Cuddureddi with Ricotta cheese
Cuddureddi with ricotta cheese is a simple and quick dessert. These are ricotta and flour fritters, fried and sauted in white sugar and sinnamon . The homeland of the Cuddureddi is considered Palma di Montechiaro, a small town in the province of Agrigento, but it is very common to find them all over western Sicily, especially during the Carnival period.
