Spend a couple of hours preparing, cooking, and learning how to make pasta .Then sit down to your very own home-cooked meal with a good bottle of wine.

About your host, Sandra: "Having grown up in northern Tuscany, I spent several years in Milan and now live in Rome. I have a broad knowledge of the country’s many and varied wonderful dishes. I started cooking when I was little with my parents, and I've worked in restaurants and villas in Tuscany."

Fresh home made pasta with meat (ravioli, ragù bolognese, amatriciana) or
Beef meat cooked in red wine sauce with spices (carbonada) or saltimbocca with fresh seasonal vegetables

VEG MENU'
Pumpkin cream with fresh cheese and red wine syrup or zucchini and tomatoes mashed served in a flute glass with ricotta fresh cheese, basil and pine nuts.
Fresh homemade pasta with vegetables (orecchiette alle cime di rapa), or Pesto made with the real marble mortar and pestle.
Risotto with red trevisano cooked in red wine with parmesan
Stuffed cabbage leaves with mashed potatoes, scamorza affumicata (smoked cheese) and salsa of porcini mushrooms or parmesana with eggplants with fresh tomatoes and basil souce.
