About your host, Linda A.: "I'm a Biologist and teacher turned Food Entrepreneur, and the owner of Linda A. Cooks and AfroKuizine Event Catering. Like many New Yorkers, I'm an immigrant. I was born and raised in Congo (Democratic Republic). My love for food began when I was nine and continued into my college years."
