During this class you'll learn how to prepare two different kinds of authentic, Italian handmade pastas and fillings, and then you'll sit down to eat lunch.

• You can choose between:
-Tortelloni with ricotta and spinach or with bacon and red chicory
-Ravioli with ricotta and spinach or pumpkin
• Guests can BYOB
• Communal cooking class and lunch for up to 8 people

About your host, Sara: "Since I was a child I dreamed of running a restaurant. Thanks to my grandmothers, I've had the opportunity to learn how to cook traditional Italian dishes. Now, thanks to my many trips to India and Ethiopia, I've also become an expert in the cuisine of these wonderful countries!"
