Tour the local farmer's market to learn all about Italian food and fresh produce, then decide on the menu you'll cook together. Finally, feast on your delicious creations for lunch!

• The menu will be decided on together at the market, where you'll buy the groceries for the cooking class. The menu includes four recipes, an appetizer, a pasta course, a main course, and a dessert
• Prosecco is served at the beginning of the class, and wine is included with lunch
• Take a 1-hour market tour of the local farmers market where you'll be visiting, tasting and learning about Italian biodiversity and local products. After that, head back to Aurora's home for the cooking class and meal
• Communal market tour and cooking class for 4 to 10 people
• Chef Aurora and her daughter Lucrezia welcome you to their home to teach you authentic Italian recipes that you'll get to take home with you

About your host, Aurora: "Lessons are held in a typical Italian home, where you'll learn Italian cuisine infused with its culinary culture and Italian way of life. Aurora can easily teach you any challenging recipe, and you'll even earn a cooking diploma at the end of the evening to remember the experience!"
