About your host, Berenice: "We are vegan foodies who are passionate about changing recipes and making them use more plant-based ingredients. Our guests are usually surprised, and our desserts are a delight. We are also funny and social people who would be very happy to welcome you in our place."

Made with cashew ricotta, sundried tomato concassé, and pesto, all crowned with a basil and avocado cream.

BROAD BEANS AND CHANTARELLE SAUTÈ
Served with black garlic aioli.

BAJA TACO
Plant-based but full of sea flavour, this roll has inside wakame marinated crispy tofu, avocado cream, fake nopales, red onion and a special tartare sauce with red seaweed caviar.

ROASTED SEASONAL VEGGIES WITH TEMPEH IN RED MISO
We roast tempeh with seasonal veggies and serve them with a red miso special broth.

COCO-COCOA MOUSSE
An exquisite combination of flavour and textures to achieve a balanced dessert: a chocolate and coconut cream mousse, seasoned with Maldon salt, strawberries and kumquat, topped with a crispy traditional oil biscuit from southern Spain.
