Learn how to make the authentic Roman-style pasta, fried seasonal specialties and grandmas’ dessert, then enjoy them with your host in a cozy restaurant in the Jewish quarter in Rome.

• In the winter class, you’ll learn how to peel artichokes to be cooked in the Jewish style, one of the highlights of Roman cuisine.
In the summer class, you’ll learn how to prepare zucchini flowers to make the original “fritto romano”
