Seasonal 6 Course Family-Style Dinner in a Modern Culinary Studio
The Pimento experience and studio highlights the traditional aesthetics of Caribbean cuisine by presenting a new wave of seasonal dishes. The Family-style menu is a modern take on Caribbean family dinner featuring a curated medley of seasonal produce and fresh ingredients. To complement the experience, I paired signature beverages to mirror the menu, which allows the distinct flavors to shine.
At this time, guests are limited to private dining for intimate parties of 3-8 guests to provide everyone with a safe and comfortable experience.

More about your host: Pimento is a catering and private dining studio by Chef Toya Henry located in New York City, where she shares her love of tropical landscapes through her innovative cuisine. Toya's extensive resume includes experiences from working with Mina’s at PS1 Maketto & Broken English, Michelin Starred Restaurants, and The James Beard Foundation. After launching Pimento in 2018, Chef Toya is shifting the approach of Caribbean cuisine. By implementing traditional flavors from her childhood, fused with modern influences and techniques she learned from her travels. In 2020 Toya launched her private dining studio to create an in-depth experience with her guests. Offering a unique multi-course journey inspired by her Caribbean heritage and traditions.
