Join Daniele at his Bologna grocery store to learn how to prepare typical Bolognese pasta and sauce from scratch, then sit down for lunch together.
• Learn how to prepare Tortellini and 'Tagliatelle alla Bolognese', as well as broth and sauce from scratch, then enjoy your creations for lunch. You'll even get to take the recipes home!

About your host, Daniele: "In 2005 I opened a wine shop with wines and cold cuts that I managed for 13 years. In 2017 I opened the Drogheria degli elefanti, located in the historic center. I've been in Bologna for 3 generations and my family follows local traditions in the kitchen."
