"Bake Amazing Sourdough Pizza" 1:1 Masterclass

Learn how to make the perfect sourdough pizza dough from scratch in your own kitchen! No need any fancy equipment, just your hands and a passion for the sourdough!

This 1:1 online class will be divided in 2 live video calls (120mins).

In the first call (60 mins) we will make a pizza dough learning:

- the right technique to knead by hand

- how temperatures & timing affect your dough

- how to shape & fold

- make dough balls

We’ll now leave the dough rest for at least 24h.

The second call (60mins) will be after 24h and we'll finally make the pizzas learning:

- how to stretch it by hand (no roller pin allowed 😜)

- how to balance the toppings

- cooking temperatures & timings with the use of your kitchen oven (the use of a pizza stone/steel improves the final result!)

During these video calls I’d be happy to reply all your questions and clear out your doubts about sourdough pizza.
Working by hand is the best way to understand how the kneading process works.

About your host, Andrea: "My aim is to encourage people to build up their own pizza recipes giving them the right skill & self confidence to make great pizzas! I’ve been teaching thousands of people in the last 3 years and I can tell you the “perfect” recipe doesn’t exist. Too many factors are involved while making pizzas that’s why every case is totally different! I moved to London five years ago from a little city close to Bergamo (Lombardy) in Italy for a new experience. Passionate about baking I worked as a pizza chef in Central London. In 2016, Andrea and his girlfriend Martina opened their own concept store, "One n One fashion n pizza" in Spitalfields, where we host the sourdough workshops."

300gr Strong Flour (above 10-12gr proteins)
30gr Active Sourdough starter
190ml Filtered or bottled water
10gr Salt
6gr Extra virgin olive oil
