What to expect:
• Master the culinary art of cooking a Ribeye Steak in this interactive online workshop with MasterChef contestant Mike
• Mike will be walking you through the step-by-step techniques of cooking the perfect medium rare Ribeye Steak and provide his secret cooking tips and tricks as you go
• This is an interactive workshop, so feel free to ask Mike questions throughout
What you need to know:
• The class will be live streamed at 4PM (PST)
• The class will be conducted via zoom, you will receive the access link after booking
• All ingredients and kitchen tools are listed in the menu section below
About your host: I am an ethnically Chinese, culturally Thai, American-born vagabond epicure. My love for food has taken me across the world several times over. From chasing cuisines in their home of origin to pursuing tutelage from some of this generation's best chefs, even into the world of television and the MasterChef kitchen!
