• You'll also learn how to make 3 more pasta shapes (Tagliolini, Pappardelle, and Maltagliati) from scratch, using a rolling pin or pasta machine
• Luigi will demonstrate the process step by step and will provide cooking tips

About your host: Luigi is originally from the city of Padua and has worked for many years in hotels and restaurants. He's traveled to India, Thailand, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Turkey, and arrived in Bologna in 2014 and started to work in one of Bologna’s best cooking schools.
