She'll show you how to make this special Southern dish that includes her staple buttermilk biscuits served with sweet potato hash, fried chicken, over-medium egg and country gravy.

Buttermilk Biscuits:
2 cups Flour (preferably winter wheat)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon baking powder
1 stick unsalted butter (very cold)
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup flour for rolling

Country White Gravy:
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 tablespoon flour
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon chicken bullion
Fresh ground black pepper

Buttermilk Fried Chicken:
2 chicken thighs (bone in)
2 teaspoon garlic powder divided
2 teaspoon kosher salt divided
2 teaspoon onion powder divided
2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cups buttermilk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 quart peanut oil

Sweet Potato Hash:
1 medium sweet potato (medium diced)
1/8 cups medium diced onion
1/2 cups medium diced red bell pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 cups chicken broth

Eggs Benedict:
1 large egg
Cooking spray
Salt and pepper to taste
