The Italian art of the "Aperitivo": Spritz Masterclass

Join host Roberta in Rome to learn how to make the most Iconic and loved Italian cocktail: Spritz! It has a festive, flavour and colour. We will talk about the history of the Spritz Cocktail, and will learn how to prepare three different versions according to your taste: from the classic Aperol Spritz, to the Campari Spritz, and more creative versions such as the beer spritz!

What to expect:

• During this fun and interactive class, you will not only learn how to prepare different versions of this cocktail, but also how to pair it with amazing (and easy to replicate) finger food, and how to organize and set up an amazing Italian-style Aperitivo!
• At the end of the class you'll get your customized certification for being a Spritz Master, so you can show off with your friends!

1 Bottle of CAMPARI
1 Bottle of Italian Prosecco
1 Orange
Sparkling Water (or a bottle of soda with no sugar!)
- Ice cubes
- Olives (optional)
- Small bites of food (optional, and only if you like) for example cheese or cold cuts

If you like, you can also buy some Cynar Liqueur or some Belgium beer for the alternative spritz options we will learn
