SANTE! The traditional “aperitif” time with drinks and finger food before, or as, a meal. Join French host Leonie to create a selection of the most delicious French-style appetizers with seasonal ingredients to elevate the level of your aperitif board.

• Gougères (Cheese choux)
• Dips - Green olive tapenade, Green pea pesto hummus, Honey and dijon mustard yogurt dip
• Serve with: veggie sticks, Cheeses, seed crackers, slice of baguette, bread…

• Create seasonal vegetarian French classics that will WOW your future dinner party guests
• This is an interactive workshop, so feel free to ask Leonie questions throughout

About your host Leonie: Bonjour, bonjour! I do not always carry a baguette under my arm and a béret on my head, but still, I do have a strong desire to share an authentic french cuisine and lifestyle, "comme à la maison". Drawing inspiration from traditional family recipes, from travel and stories, being well attached to my french roots that I want to spread and democratise, living an active and healthy lifestyle, I find the best balance to create simple, healthy, authentic yet delicious dishes with a twist. • Gougères
1 cup of water
1/3 cup of butter
1 cup of flour
3 eggs
Handful of grated cheese Salt and pepper

• Green olive tapenade
1 cup of green olive without pit
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Salt and pepper

• Green pea pesto
1 cup of green peas (frozen)
1 tbsp of tahini or almond paste
1 clove of garlic
1⁄2 lemon juice
1 cup of herbs (fresh basil and/or parsley, dill...) Or 2 tbsp of pesto paste Salt pepper

• Honey and Dijon mustard yogurt
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of Dijon mustard
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar

Serve with: veggie sticks: carrots, cucumber, bellpepper, mini tomatoes.
Cheese selection.
