300 gr.plain flour
3 eggs
pinch of salt
100 gr. Pork mincemeat
100gr. Beef mincemeat
200gr. Chard or a green vegetable
1 carrot
1 stem of celery
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 glass of wine
parsley
thyme
black pepper
5/6 tablespoons of parmigiano
2 teaspoons of sugar
Butter
sage
parmesan
For the Panna Cotta:
150 gr fresh cream
6 teaspoons of powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 sheet of gelatin
grated lemon peel but only the yellow part
For the syrup:
Fruit: red grapes, peaches, strawberrys, blueberrys etc..
or red wine
