Make Indian Paratha (Indian Bread) with a Dancing Chef

Learn to make Indian Paratha with with Nistha aka the "Dancing Chef". Paratha is a whole-wheat bread commonly eaten as breakfast in the north of India and also in my home in Berlin. It is mostly made with whole wheat flour. Fibre-rich paratha is a great way to kickstart your day. It can be made plain with just oil, salt and pepper and also with the stuffing of potatoes, onion, Paneer, Chickpea flour or many other things.

What to expect:

• In this workshop, you will start from making your own dough, then you will learn rolling it into a paratha and then shallow frying it with Ghee.
• We will try it along with different pickles, butter and also with yoghurt. There are endless ways that you can include this healthy bread into your diet and also fuse it with your own cuisine
• This is an interactive workshop, so feel free to ask Nistha questions throughout
