Learn how to cook authentic Ethiopian food for yourself! This is great fun, for people of all ability levels, where we use simple cooking techniques and teach you how to prepare fresh and healthy dishes including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free meals. We use key ingredients that are essential to Ethiopian cooking, such as organic spices, herbs, legumes and multi-grains. You can even buy our much-loved, original spices listed.

• Ethiopian food is served with injera, a fermented flat bread (of crepe consistency). You will learn how it is made from teff flour and cooking your own
• You will cook 3 traditional dishes (meat or vegan according to preferences), and enjoy a feast of your own cooked food after, or take away if you prefer
• Beer and wine is available to purchase with your meal.
• Learn how to make traditional Ethiopian coffee/tea, which you can enjoy whilst you cook!

About your host, Nazareth: I started with Delina Ethiopian Food as an Ethiopian street food stall in West London in 2013. I travelled around the local markets in Hammersmith, Fulham and Shepherd’s Bush with Ethiopian recipes. Since then, I have travelled nationally, worked with large catering companies, offices and food markets around the UK to introduce the taste of Ethiopia. Now we have a wonderful new space in Shepherd's Bush Market. We offer a place to eat, drink and gather, and run authentic Ethiopian & Eritrean cooking classes for people who are interested in learning how to cook nutritious tasty meals.

The venue: Our purpose-built kitchen in one of London's oldest food markets (Shepherd's Bush market) - is a perfect place to gather your friends, family, or staff together for a unique, customised - and perfectly tailored cooking experience. Our fun and inviting atmosphere is perfect for engaging team-building events and memorial celebrations among work mates, family and friends.
