Other Birdlife – Pelicans, cormorants, sandpipers, and more migratory birds.
Thereafter we will proceed to the Walvis Bay Salt Factory where you aslo find the famous pink lake.At Walvis Bay Pink Lake, see vibrant pink waters, see how salt is harvested in the area.
The route then takes you to Pelican Point, a scenic sandspit home to a large Cape fur seal colony. Here, you can observe seals basking in the sun and playful pups in the water while enjoying breathtaking ocean views.

From Pelican Point, the tour continues along the coastline toward Sandwich Harbour, where the towering dunes of the Namib Desert meet the Atlantic Ocean. Depending on the tides, you may drive along the beach or take an inland dune route. Stops include panoramic viewpoints, dune climbing, and wildlife spotting. A delicious picnic-style lunch is served in the dunes before an exhilarating off-road journey back. The tour ends in Walvis Bay in the late afternoon, leaving you with unforgettable memories.
