Airport Transfers Johannesburg

The driver was friendly and polite. However, for the price that we paid l expected that at least the driver would have had a fully charged phone with sufficient airtime to use his GPS, that his car would be sufficiently fuelled for the entire journey, that he would have had money for the tollgates and that he would have been better prepared to render his services. Unfortunately on this occasion the service fell well below my expectations. I had to use my international roaming to use the gps to guide him which incurred costs. I also felt that he drove far too slow on the highway, well below the minimum at times. As an international visitor to SA I would expect the driver to know where he is going and not rely on me to provide directions or the tools to render the service. Not a great way to start a visit to a new country.

William was an excellent driver. Arrived promptly, assisted with the luggage loading and off loading. Safe and confident driver, good conversationalist as well kept us entertained ,Will definitely use this service again. Their office was also very communicative and that put us at ease.

The service was great, driver was very professional and he communicated effectively ,he was already waiting for me before I arrived at the airport. The trip to the hotel was lovely he was an excellent driver and the Operations Manager Michelle was also in contact with me through out and that made me feel safe as it is my first time in the country.

Excellent service! Timely, professional, extremely dependable and affordable. This is my transport of choice when I travel in South Africa. This service can collect you at any of the Gauteng airports and drive you as far as the Kruger National Park or any destination in South Africa. I HIGHLY recommend Johannesburg Executive Taxi Cabs.

Excellent Service.

I would highly recommend Jet Cabs . They were very quick to reply to any enquiries/questions that we had on email as we are from America so couldn't call.

Booking was made simple and we were able to pay online for each journey. The vehicle was clean and driver had gloves on, there were new masks and sanitizers in the vehicle as well as some lovely water and mints, it was so refreshing after our long flight.

Our driver was waiting for us with a sign at arrivals and it was a short walk to the car. He was very friendly and was very welcoming for our holiday in South Africa.

For our return journey he was extremely punctual and arrived at the hotel 10 minutes early.

Would definitely recommend this company and would use again!
