Serendipity Knysna Lagoon Cruise

The scenery of the boat ride was lovely.However for the price of the tour, it was disappointing the skipper did not provide much background /highlights of knysna nor were any complimentary refreshments provided onboard. The tour was rather dry and boring. I would suggest saving your money. We later did a hike in national park which was much more informative and enjoyable.

What a great experience. The host was so warm and welcoming .They provide fresh Oysters on request a bottle of Champaignne.The boat driver was also very sweet he was so helpful I will definitely go back..

Magnificent service, crew was at their level best. Their service is amazing . We enjoy every minute on the boay

Really good trip and skipper was knowledgeable and experienced. We didn’t choose the best day for it, but enjoyed it and had fun.

The guy who took us for the cruise was friendly, great music taste. An amazing experience of the Knysna Heads.

4 of us did this and we’re the only ones on the trip. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. While I have lots of boating experience it was good to have someone with local knowledge and to be able to give some details. The boat was very comfortable. The departure point is good , parking very close by and easy enough to get on and off the boat. Also pretty good value for money.

It was a good trip and I'm glad we did it but it would have been much better if the skipper had offered more comment on our surroundings. We had to ask him for information rather than the other way round. There must be so many interesting stories around this area. I had the feeling he would rather have been doing something else.

The experience was absolutely amazing. The owners were friendly and very welcoming. The cruise was smooth and the sights were to die for. We loved every minute of it

What a lovely experience!! Very competant and professional skipper, Chase. Awesome views and lots of time to take breathtaking photos. Took 17.30 trip and took some fantastic sunset photos. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely trip with James on their Serendipity boat. The weather was spectacular, views all we could hope for. best way to experience the Knysna Lagoon. James was super friendly and charming, Serendipity is more like a lounge than a boat. Thanks so much, we'll pop in for another cruise when we're in Knysna again
