What You Will Do

For sparkling personalities & bubbly taste buds! South African MCC can compare with the best Champagne, Prosecco & Cava’s in the world. MCC stands for Method Cap Classique and is made the Method Champenoise way, just like in France. We cannot call it Champagne according to French laws. The focus of the tour will be on bubbly, the most delicate of wine styles. Come taste the best MCC with a day full of bubbles & filled with fun!

  • The focus will be on Sparkling wine, but some wine, like white and red will also be available to taste at selected estates.
  • 1 / 2 special bookings at "by appointment estates" - we don't want to give away our secrets on this site :o)
  • Qualified tour guide - all our guides have Cape Wine Academy qualifications & have worked on a wine farm before.

  • Any wine purchases on tour
  • All tasting fees & food & wine pairing fees will be on own account. Tasting fees are excluded from the price to keep it flexible for the client on the day.
