What You Will Do
1 Day Chimpanzee Trekking at Ngamba Island: A must do tour when visiting Uganda !
Ngamba Island is surrounded by water of the second largest fresh lake in the whole world known as Lake Victoria !!
it's a habitat of 49 chimpanzees, 20 male and 29 are female. Amongst these 46 are orphaned and the 3 were born on this Island. Ngamba Chimpanzee sanctuary was mainly settled to offer a conducive environment to the rescued and orphaned chimpanzees !
We shall start very early in the morning from Kampala at 7:30Am and hit Entebbe road stop at Water front beach and take a boat ride which takes around 50 minutes to the Island.
Then after nature walk and chimpanzees trekking !! We shall be able to See lots chimps and how tour guides feed them !! It’s an eye opener for nature lovers !
After feeding we shall get a boat ride back at water front beach relax a bit
And head back to kampala
