About Wuhou Temple
Wuhou Temple, also called Wuhou Shrine or Wuhou Memorial Temple, is an ancestral temple in memory of Zhuge Liang, Liu Bei and other heroes in Shu of Three Kingdom.
Built in 223 AD, Wuhou Memorial Temple is the unique Emperor’s tomb integrated with his prime minister’s shrine in one temple. It is listed in National 4A Scenic Spots and referred to as the most Far-reaching Museum of Three Kingdoms Period and Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit with its intense fragrance of culture, idiomatical Chinse style architecture and gorgeous garden rich of spectacular vegetation. Every year, Wuhou Temple attracts millions of tourists from home and abroad to explore the fabulous Three Kingdom history.

Kuanzhai Alley

Kuanzhai Alley, also known as “Wide and Narrow Alley” or “Kuanzhaixiangzi Alley”, consists of three historic paralleled alleys from Qing dynasty. Ancient style buildings, local Chengdu life, delicious Sichuan snacks, exquisite Sichuan handicrafts, etc. make it one of the most attractive places in Chengdu.
it consists of Kuan Alley (Wide Alley), Zhai Alley (Narrow Alley), and Jing Alley. The three streets are the left part of the buildings after the chaos of war in the Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1636-1912). Still maintaining the original looks for hundreds of years, Kuanzhai Alley has been attracting millions of tourists by the typical buildings in ancient Qing style of quadrangle courtyard, Chengdu local snacks, life of old Chengdu, etc. Moreover, fashionable bars with many young singers and various restaurants are abundant in Kuanzhai Alley, making this place a combination of traditional Chinese culture and modern life.

Jinli Pedestrian Street

Jinli Ancient Street is “The First Street of Shu Kingdom”, and it’s a famous snack street in Chengdu. The ambiance was like stepping back into the past, well presented and historically brilliant. Evening stroll is extreme beautiful, and picturesque with the lanterns lit up and the street performances are also wonderful.
Located in the east of Wuhou Memorial Temple of Chengdu, ated in the east of Wuhou Memorial Temple of Chengdu, Jinli Ancient Street, or Jinli Pedestrian Street Chengdu is called “the first street of Shu Kingdom”. Also extolled as the “Riverside Scenes at Qingming Festival” (a famous Chinese painting) of Chengdu. Jinli Ancient Street will bring tourists into the distant Three Kingdoms Period, over 1800 years ago. Covering an area of over 30,000m², the overall street length of Jinli Ancient Street is about 550m. The street was decorated with the western Sichuan style architectures of Qing Dynasty (A.D. 1636-1912).
