The driver met me with a sign with my name on it. We met right in the airport lobby after I picked up my luggage and went through customs. The driver helped me with my luggage and escorted me to the car. Everything went smoothly. My driver quickly brought me to the hotel and I still managed to go to the beach that day!
My conclusion: I saved a lot of time by booking through Viator in advance, since I don't need to spend time at the airport looking for a taxi and overpaying annoying taxi drivers at the airport.

He was very professional and took me straight to my villa. I will book again thank you! Loving Bali so much

My driver maintained constant communication with me and I was able to send him updates on my flight status. He sent me a photo of himself holding up a sign of my name with instructions on where to meet him once I exited immigration and customs.

I felt safe everyday riding with the drivers wherever I needed to go while vacationing in Bali Indonesia. I was treated like a KING! I received phone messages from this company before my ride would pick me up. They always came to the airport and hotels with a sign with my name on it. Once the destination was completed the driver took a selfie with me on his phone to send to the company to verify that I was safe and the drive was completely and officially done. The driver was brilliant! He picked me up from the Airport and had a clear sign with my name on it. He was very friendly and chatty during the drive. I arrived on 5th March, the day before Nyepi day so some roads were closed that evening, but he drove around the area and worked out the shortest walk I would have to take to get to my apartment. Very helpful driver!

Driving was well organized and executed. Timely, friendly and efficient, price was reasonable. Drivers were on time and professional. Great service.
