First stop is see the center of handmade Batik weaving. Continue to the village of Celuk to see gold and silversmiths at work. Next to the holy temple of Sebatu and the holy spring water temple of Gunung Kawi. Enjoy lunch in Kintamani, with panoramic views of Mt. Batur and its lake. Next, visit Tegalalang village to taste some Balinese coffee and ginger tea. Finally, go to the sacred Monkey Forest that serves to protect the Balinese long-tail monkey.

Batubulan Village is just about 12 kilometers from Kuta, and famous for Bali Batik Wand Weaving Center. Batik is a traditional form of painting fabric. They painstakingly use dots and lines from wax to decorate the cloth. It is very impressive to watch. It would be impossible to visit or live in Indonesia and not be exposed to one of the country’s most highly developed art forms, batik.

Celuk Village

The village located in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency has the uniqueness and excellent in production of gold and silver handicrafts. Almost all the families and villagers are Balinese who professional, skilled and art soul to develop the creative design and variety of products related to the gold and silvers. This craft village with long historical has been producing gold and silvers that penetrating the local, national and international markets. Various type of jewelry, either as souvenirs or export commodities are produced in this village includes variation type of rings, necklaces, earrings, hairpins, brooch and others.

Mas Village is a village of art with a focus on carving of wood sculptures. It is situated in Ubud District and Gianyar Regency has a distinctive style in the art carving of wood sculptures that promotes characteristic synergy of humanism and naturalism.

Mount Kawi

‘Mount Kawi’ temple which is natively termed as ‘Pura Gunung Kawi’ is a unique archaeological site of Bali. The temple is an assortment of antique Candis which are carved into the face of a rocky mountain. The holy ‘Pakerisan River’ flows through the main site of the temple.
