What You Will Do
Discover the Roots of Manufacturing City Nagoya
Immerse yourself in the history of monozukuri (“Craftsmanship”) culture on this private tour. Visit two sites of the world famous companies; Noritake, a tableware and technology company, and Toyota. Both Noritake and Toyota originated from Central Japan, which is considered to be the most important region for advanced manufacturing. With live demonstrations and dedicated guides, learning more about the foundations of Toyota’s studious, challenging, kaizen (striving for improvement), and creative spirit will be an exciting once in a lifetime experience. All entrance fees included.

In commemorating the 100th anniversary of Noritake Co., Limited., Noritake Garden was opened on October 5, 2001 on the premises of Noritake’s headquarters, the very birthplace of modern pottery.
