Dubai Red Desert Safari sharing basis with Camel, Shows & Dinner

The trip began with a 20-30 minutes journey from our hotel at Dubai Business Bay in a 4x4 drive. It's recommended to wear lightly with sandals, scarf/hat/cap/mask and bring water too.

We arrived at the first stop which was Quad/ATV ride. If it's not part of the package, you need to pay 150-200 AED for 30 minutes ride. There's also a shop selling souvenirs, arab scarf, snacks and drinks. If you don't bring any scarf/hat/cap/mask, it's recommended to get the scarf here for 60-80 AED. You're going to need it for the sand dune trip.

Then we proceed with the same 4x4 to the sand dune. It was 'wild' and adventurous! Make sure you don't eat too much before this trip, if you do and you're not feeling well during this trip, there'll be plenty of plastic bags provided in the car. We also had a chance to try sand-boarding or sand-sliding and took photo during the sunset at the sand dune.

Next, the trip continued to another trip to a bedouin camp, but before that we had a quick stop at another laybay to cleanup ourselves off the sand and also car cleaning.

Once we arrived at the bedouin camp, the driver will you to get you seated. You'll be lucky to sit close to the stage because there'll be 3 amazing shows while you're enjoying your food and drinks i.e. tanoura dance, belly dance and fire stunt). As starters, you can get a place of a small falafel ball and chicken wrap/roll. Then, there are 4 lines of buffet counter serving vege dishes e.g. salad, hummus, rice, pasta and grilled chicken & lamb as bonus. As for the drinks, you can get free soft drinks, coke, 7-up, water, hot coffee and tea. But there are also other shops where you can buy fresh juice, popcorn, ice cream roll, souvenirs, photos and oud fragrance.

After the shows at the camp, we were supposed to go for camel riding, but we didn't because we were too exhausted and it was already too dark. So went back straight away to hotel.

All the trips were guided by the same driver and we got a super friendly and funny one, Sajid. We enjoyed the trip so much!

It is still very warm but the views are spectacular, one of its kind experience worth a try! The driver scared us like when driving like a roller coaster but it is full of fun!
The food though is not good for me but at least, you won't get hungry while enjoying the activities.
Overall, it is very good!!!

This whole package was very exciting.
The driver was so professional crossing the sand dunes, much more thrilling than roller coaster. He has good sense of humour and master in photohraphy. The bedouin experience was breath taking especially the fire show, better than any others that I watched before. The dinner was a bit tasteless but the adventures covers it.

a beautiful experience with Sayed Mansoor. the best time I've had so far with this Guide. He gave us a pleasant feeling and a very pleasant atmosphere. he came out to meet us and took amazing shots and videos. I want to recommend it as the best. thank him for that. I'm coming again

Been looking forward to this for quite some time and wasn’t disappointed. Faisal was our driver / guide and he collected us promptly from the hotel. We had a fantastic evening, the dune bashing was the highlight however - great skill to drive the vehicles around the dunes! The camp experience was also good, the food was great and plentiful. The entertainment was very good, especially the fire show to finish the night. Would highly recommend.

Faisal was a great tour guide and gave us some interesting facts about Dubai and the desert. We were scared about the dune bashing but he made us feel safe and it ended up being fun. He took a lot of great professional looking pictures too which we were very happy with. Thank you Faisal!
