Don't waste your time going with this company. This was so disappointing! There was no kind of organization. We sat around for nearly 30 mins doing nothing. When I inquired about doing one of the activities, the sandboarding, the driver told me we had to PAY for a dune buggy to ride to the top of the sand and do the activity. I told him there's no where in their description that states we had to pay for a dune buggy to get to the top of the dunes to sandboard down. He ignored my retort and left. After the dune bashing, we sat around again for another 30 plus mins doing nothing! Then his car wouldn't start and we sat in the car for another 10-15 minutes while they tried to fix it.

The camel ride was a joke. The entire experience was less than 3 minutes including getting on & off the camel 🐫
We didn't get any Henna tattoo, sweets, coffee. I would NOT recommend this company at all!

MOST of the activities that were listed as included did not occur! NO camel ride, NO sand board/sand skiing, NO English speaking guide, No unlimited mineral water, NO coffee/tea, NO Arabic Sweets, NO henna painting, NO photos in Arabic dress.

Driver showed up 30 minutes late, was grumpy as heck, and needed to use Google translate to communicate. Spent an hour digging his friend out of sand dunes at end of tour. Got home after 10:00 when we were supposed to return at 8:30.

We had a very great time, the guide Alam was very helpful with pickup and drop, taking us photographs. Fun filled experience
