Private Vehicle Full Day With Driver

Our Driver (Gul Muhammad) was simply amazing. On time, friendly, knew all the photo spots, safe driver, let us see the local spots. He even got me to try camel which I loved. Had cold water ready, carried bags. VIP service was provided. If you are in Dubai you should definitely request him as your driver!

We booked for a Private Vehicle for 10 hours with driver. Mr. Ali Raza who is our driver today was truly amazing. It is our first time to visit Abu Dhabi, UAE so that’s why we don’t have any idea in what are the best places to visit, we searched for places that we can visit and Ali help us to organise those places that we would like to visit so that we can manage our time properly. Also, he gave us some trivias about Dubai while driving going to Abu Dhabi. Our overall experience was excellent and will recommend this company. Thank you!

We booked 1 day dubai tour. Pickup and drop-off location was Abu Dhabi International Airport. We are really honored and happy to avail RAH tourism company services. The tour guide Mr. Mohammad is such a nice and humble person. He went for an extra mile for our satisfaction. Overall services are great as well as price. Highly recommended.

Ghulam was very good. Was more of a driver than a guide but he did share knowledge about UAE in general and some about the stops we took. Having the flexibility of a private driver was great in that he took us where we wanted to go and skip the stops we weren't interested in. Would recommend.

Very Unprofessional. We booked the vehicle 2 months in advance , our credit card was charged 48 hours in advance in full and the driver didn’t show up on the day of the trip , we tried few times to contact the company since 10 am and after an hour we just received an email saying our trip is canceled.
Our entire day tour was messed up due to the cancellation , we didn’t find another private taxi due to new year day and had to cancel our entire day plan .
My two cents , if don’t want to ruin your vacation don’t book this company at all .

We had booked 2 full days of private vehicle during our stay In Dubai . The company Viator assigned to us was RAH Tourism. We were advised by viator to confirm the booking with them 24 hours prior to our scheduled trip. On calling them , the first day they declined that this was even a valid booking. They kept telling us that they are not the assigned tour company and have no details of this booking. The guy was extremely rude and clearly had all the details and after lot of frustrating conversations, accepted the booking . The driver Raja Imran was nice though.
Unfortunately, we had already paid viator in advance for the second day as well , and were assigned the same tour company. The exact same thing happened, and the local hotel concierge got graciously involved to resolve the issue . Either of us couldn't get him to accept the reservation and was extremely rude, and kept hanging up the phone stating this was not their reservation(even though they had the details).They finally accepted the reservation and though the reservation clearly stated it was a day trip which included Abu Dhabi, stated he would charge additional to go to Abu Dhabi. We send them all the details of our booking via Whatsapp with highlighted info that it included Abu Dhabi, but they never responded. We were so stressed as we were not getting anywhere with them and we had tickets to Ferrari World , we called viator customer service, who spoke to Mr Ashmed of RAH TOURISM , who denied all these conversations and provided us the car with no charge.
I would strongly recommend that if viator assigns you RAH TOURISM , ask for a different company, or confirm your reservation well in advance in writing so it doesn't ruin your plans and gives unnecessary stress.

We were picked up from our cruise terminal in Abu Dhabi. Then we had an awesome day doing city tour highlights all over. Afterwards we were transferred from Abu Dhabi to our hotel in Dubai. The tour took about 8-9 hours as expected and all went according to perfection.😃😃😃😃

My tour with Mr. Aleem from Pakistán has been the very best. Easy to understand his touring informations in English and he was very flexible. He was kind and courteous, extremely flexible to accommodate our pace and physical needs. He went above and beyond making this tour one of our best ever. Very welcoming and inviting.

Please use him and request this gentleman if you rally would like to enjoy a tour. All went well as expected and we got more than that…..above and beyond.

I look forward doing another tour with Aleem whenever I come back to visit Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

Iam requesting a full refund. The driver never came and was not in the airport to pick us up. We were stranded and our plans were ruined. We had to spend extra money that was unnecessary. I have uploaded the screenshots of the correspondence with the hired driver. He snubbed us and refused to communicate. Please someone contact me for a full refund

Our driver was prompt, professional and very friendly. Took extra step to ensure he dropped us at the most convenient points at each destination.

Driver came with 11/2 h delay, car tank wasn’t gut after 1 h driving first stop at filling station but to refill the tank completely h did. half and had to stop at filling station again after 100 km

Visiting places of your own choice and at your pace. Air conditioning was very good & appreciated in the hot/hazy weather.

Driver was very professional and accomodating. Ride was very comfortable as car is very clean. Driver also knew everything needed to cross Abu Dhabi. He even dressed us up for the mosque.

Don't book this tour. We have booked it 1 month in advance and the tour operator confirmed they are available for the date and time we've booked. A day before the booking date we have received email confirmation from the TripAdvisor. On the booking day we did not receive any communication from the tour operator neither the driver. We waited for like 90 minutes from the booking schedule no information at all from the tour operator. We tried to contact them via phone no answer, via WA & message no respond as well. Avoid this tour as for me and my family it is a FRAUD. If you don't refund our payment, we will report your tour to our General Consulate of Republic of Indonesia.
