Best driver, service and staff I have been to Dubai many times but this level of service was above and beyond

Booked a week in advance. Tour was cancelled with no explanation the day of the trip.

Book with a more reputable operator recommended by your hotel. This was extremely disappointing.

From beginning to end, this safari experience was everything we expected and wanted and more. It started with outstanding communication from Henry, and our tour guide Hamdy.. Hamdy was an absolute pleasure to work with and had amazing patience with our two children, who were a bit wild and out of control. The highlights were the dune bashing (even those two of the group got a bit sick) and the ATV riding which the kids did with reckless abandon (they definitely made Hamdy nervous). Overall, we couldnt recommend this enough. What an adventure!

One of the best experiences we had in Dubai. Henry was very helpfull in arranging the safari and ensured that everything was perfect.
Our tour guide Jafar was a gentleman and made us feel like Royalty and took some amazing photographs of our safari.

We have had an incredible sunrise trip, Rasheed who was our guide is such a lovely chap, he is so knowledgeable and a great driver in the sand dunes, and he has taken some outstanding pictures for us it's unforgettable.

Fantastic trip - thanks to our driver Shameer! We were collected promptly as arranged at 2.45pm from our hotel and driven to the meeting point around 45mins away at a petrol station. 3 other vehicles joined our excursion firstly stopping briefly at the camel racing so we could have a photo opportunity. We then stopped off at a site beside the dunes then had 30 mins dune bashing which was brilliant. We then had the opportunity to sand board but only my son wanted to do it. Following this we were taken to a quad biking area where we hired a buggy and small quad for my son and spent around 45 min driving round the dunes (cost 550dhs) additional to tour cost. After this we watched the sunset and drive to the dinner and entertainment which lasted for approx 2hrs and the food was bbq style with various Indian dishes including vegetarian options along with kebabs cooked on bbqs. There was the option to buy souvenirs which we didn’t want and to have a bong for 30dhs. All in all a fantastic afternoon/evening out to experience traditional cultures.

Royal Mirage Tourism served us a really amazing experience in our Evening Desert Safari! Our driver is very accommodating and professional. Experiencing extreme dune bashing is thrilling and at the same time a one-of-a kind moment. The food and the service at the camp was excellent!! We we're treated with great value as guests. Having chosen Royal Mirage for our Evening Desert Safari was the best option my family could have made! We had a very good driver (Mr Jaffar), he was supper attentive (we had 3 children under 8 yo with us!), and everyone had an amazing time. We highly recommend Royal Mirage! Dealing with Henry from beginning to end was great, he always replied swiftly to all my queries and was supper attentive as well. 5 star service, we highly recommend to anyone who goes to Dubai, to do their safari with Royal Mirage

Booking with Royal Mirage was one of the best decisions we made! From hotel pick-up to the afternoon drive tour, down to the extreme dune bashing, our team had a really great time. Especially on the camp site dinner where we were in the VIP! Hats off to Nasser and his team for organizing such a memorable desert experience for us! We highly recommend this company!

Yesterday was a blast! All thanks to Royal Mirage tours and to our superb driver- ABDUL RASHEED👏👏👏👏 Our family came here for a visit and we opt to give them a desert safari experience. Everything was organized and they even provide an extra side trip to the Royal palace and the camel racing arena..We all loved it! No doubt it was a great choice, and Mr. Rasheed was over the top ( definitely a 10😜) for being so polite and helpful to us the thruout the whole trip. He was an excellent desert driver and he made sure we'd all enjoy dune bashing. The camp was all clean and well-organized, and all the entertainment shows were fantastic! Highly recommended for families, my 4yo son really enjoyed the trip. Definitely one for the books!

An experience we will never forget!
Our hotel, the Caesars Resort on the Bluewaters Island, suggested us the Royal Mirage Tourism because they cooperate with each other. The offer, around 300 Dirham per person, was great, especially with the high quality service our tour guide Jafar gave us. Mr Jafar was absolutely professional, very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and shared with us tremendous information about the desert. We always felt safe with him. We visited extra a camel race place, had a dunes' ride with the comfortable and luxurious jeep, sand surfing and finally visited the camp with the belly dancing, dervish, and fire artist. The show was great! We were around 100 tourists, which were not that much in comparison to the other camps we saw in internet. The food was delivered immediately on our table, we didn't have to wait on the barbecue line. It seems as if we were the only ones who had this privilege. It was so much and so tasty that we didn't even manage to eat it all.
The highlight was the quad biking by ourselves in the desert, for one hour with a guide (we had to pay extra for this, but it was definitely worth the money). It was only us and the desert. Amazing! Thank you very much Mr Jafar!

We booked our department outing with Royal Mirage Tourism for the second time. Still the best! And uprading our camp to VIP is superb! Thumbs up to the drivers. Highly recommended tour company.

Amazing Experience! Super safe for families with little ones like mine. Jafar our driver was super friendly and extremely careful while doing the dunebashing with all of us in the car so my girls had a Ball!!!! He definitely made this experience not only safe but super fun too so for that I would highly recomend him to all of my friends specially the ones with little kids.
Also his manager Henry provided us with great deal of customer services as he kept in touch with us even before we went on the tour.

Dinner with the dancing around us was absolutely stunning so was the camel ride again my girls loved it.
