Additional Information
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight's arrival.
- Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.
- You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.
However, one driver has mixed up another booking and we had to spend one extra hour for our long road trip. Suggest to re-confirm the destination (with the use of Google Translate) with the driver before the road trip commences.
Despite the above mistake, the overall experience is good, and I have recommended this company to another friend who travelled to Vietnam shortly after our trip. Their comments are good too.
