1. You complete the booking on Viator 2. We will contact you through applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, iMessage, Line, KakaoTalk... 3. Before flying, send us a photo of what you're wearing so drivers can easily recognize you 4. We know the arrival time at Hanoi airport due to flight code tracking. You connect to free wifi at the airport and receive a text message and we will send detailed information about the car to pick you up: license plate number, car color, car brand to board the correct car. 5. When you finish picking up your luggage, go to column 10 outside the lobby (according to the photo we sent earlier) and meet the driver waiting to pick you up. (The driver can hold a sign with your name if you request)
