COLLECTION DETAILS For Airport-pick up: Upon entering the Arrivals Hall, please turn RIGHT after the sliding doors. Please make sure to be on time as the driver will do the same. Usually you are available about 15 minutes before the expected pickup time. For Harbor pick up: Please wait in the reception area of the cruise boat at the front desk. Our driver will enter and search for you there. On the way to the hotel, apartment, your private address, port or airport you will already see some of the most important sights. For airport and train station pickups, the included waiting time is 45 minutes. If there are delays that are not the responsibility of our passenger, we ask that you contact us by telephone in time, in order to be able to extend the waiting time and reschedule other trips. We also need the flight or train number to be able to track delays or earlier arrivals. City airport pickups are 2.5 hours prior to departure unless otherwise requested by the customer.
