Highly recommend!! We had a variety of tastings from savory to sweet while enjoying Olga’s vast knowledge of not only the foods of the region but the culture and history of the land and people as well. The food was great, the company was kind and informative. Olga directed us to several must see’s for after our tour and we were not disappointed.

A great way to taste key dishes which are native to Finland. Our guide was knowledgeable both about food, but also the history of Helsinki. She took us into 4 different venues where we tasted fish, bear, reindeer, soup and dessert. This was a private tour so we were able to ask many questions
Tour great; Food Tasting lacking

Needs an exertion level attached with the hills in Helsinki. A "moderate exertion due to walking, uneven walkways, and some hilly terrain" notice would have been nice.
Yaneka {sp} was a great tour guide of the inner city blocks, and her knowledge of the area and some local food traditions and history was great!
She did spend a little more time than what was originally intended, and we appreciate her staying with us until all was completed in her tour and all our questions were answered. I would do another tour with her, as she was very personable and we left feeling as-if we had made a friend in Helsinki. Her ability to manage a guided tour is unquestionably good.
On a negative side, I would have liked more "food tasting" in our Food Tasting tour. I think we tasted 3 food items, and had 2 drinks (champagne and coffee). I considered this a shame as we passed so many food establishments along the way, although I do realize stopping to eat can add time, my entire purpose was to taste some local cuisine. So disappointed in this aspect.
