Tour mainly for those who want a deeper understanding of Nazi megalomania

Most important, we had an excellent guide in Sergey. He took us through the history of the Nazi grounds, and then on to the Nurnberg castle for older history. The +’s were excellent because of Sergey.
The main challenge of this tour is that it is a LOT of walking. The Nazi grounds are HUGE. We recorded 6+ miles walking on the tour.
The main reason to take this tour is that you really want a deeper understanding of the Nazi leadership’s megalomania. The main reason to avoid it is that you do not have that desire - you will be disappointed in how little you actually see, since these are “ruins” of a largely unfinished project to build a Nazi world political center.

This was a wonderful tour. Our guide, Tom, was amongst the best we’ve ever had. Ou 11 year old daughter described it best when she said it was “less like a tour and more like walking around the city with a friend.” We highly recommend!!
