Naxos Sunset City Walk

This was a great way to learn about the history of Naxos City. Also a great way to learn your way around the twists and turns of the city, so I’d suggest doing it early in your visit. Vicky was fantastic and informative, and we loved spending extra time with her during the tasting after the tour. The tasting by the way, is basically a full meal! We really felt like this fulfilled our hopes of authentic Greek cuisine experience. Highly recommend!

Went with my mom. The sunset was pretty spectacular, however very crowded but that’s out of anyone’s control. Our tour guide Vicky was amazing and a lot of fun to talk to, lots of history discussed which was imperative to the tour and the castle. After the sunset, we went to have dinner at such a delicious spot, can’t remember the name, but the food was bountiful and the company was great. I would recommend over and over. Especially if your a foodie :)

The pinnacle was reaching the Monument of Apollo at sunset. Our guide was impeccable on the timing. Our walk through Naxos Old Town was super educational.

Confusing start trying to find meeting place and then leaving a few people behind that we had to wait for the guide to find and get caught up. Then a last minute run up the hill for sunset at Apollo Arch. Otherwise Rena was informative and animated with her stories. We did one shot of citron liquor along the way.

Exploring old town and learning history of Naxos at a great pace and informative without being too busy

This was a lovely, laid back tour. Only 4 of us on it. It took around 1 hour 45. Guide kindly waited for someone who was at the incorrect meeting point. Guide took photos of us, and brought us all around the vast castle grounds in the town of Naxos and the Temple of Apollo.

Our tour guide, Vicki, was very knowledgeable, friendly and was able to answer any questions we had about the history of Naxos. I would highly recommend this tour to learn more about the history of Naxos, Hora and the Portara.

This tour including a little walk, a view of the sunset and a little meal shared between the group was really nice. I had a lot of fun and the guide was very thoughtful and interesting!

As much as we were looking forward to this sunset walking tour, unfortunately the guide was unwell at the very last minute. The office staff were very apologetic and their customer service to facilitate a full refund was prompt and professional.
We were offered an opportunity to experience the tour on another day but sadly, we were leaving early the next day. Next time 🇬🇷

Thanos, our tour guide, was lively and entertaining. His knowledge of the island's history and culture was impressive. He was able to answer all our questions. His pride in the island of Naxos was obvious. We had an excellent time. The walk was not strenuous and could be done by all abilities

Came by catamaran and weather changed our schedule. We called and tour guide said no, even though we were not in the island because of sea’s changing destination. Pure money grab by tour agent. Trip Advisor should have stepped in. Bad service. Go with VIATOR or Get Your Guide. Avoid this company.

We loved this Sunset City Walk tour with Thanos as our guide! We learned so much and it was fun and beautiful. Thanos even helped us get great sunset photos at the Portara.

Very nice tour. Guide arrived a tad bit late so we were a bit rushed for the sunset near the gate...but he made up for it by being quite entertaining and having quite a lot of interesting historical bits of info to share!
