What You Will Do
Santorini is home to some of the world’s most unique wines, shaped by its volcanic soil and ancient traditions. On this tour, we visit three exceptional wineries, each showcasing a different grape-growing method and winemaking style.
Stops include Art Space Winery, where tradition meets art, the renowned Argyros Estate, known for world-class Assyrtiko, and the breathtaking Venetsanos Winery, built into the caldera cliffs with unforgettable views.
You’ll taste signature white varieties like Assyrtiko, Athiri, Aidani, reds such as Mavrotragano, Mandilaria, and sweet wines like Vinsanto, Nama, and Mezzo, made from sun-dried grapes.
Optional visits to Gavalas Winery and the Koutsogiannopoulos Wine Museum are available for those who wish to explore even more (extra cost applies).

Art Space

Art Space Winery Musem Art Gallery is a unique Art Center within the pumice rock – carved chambers of an old winery located in Exo Gonia, Santorini and continues from the year 1999 until today to stand as a hospitable retreat for all those Greek and foreign artisans who share the same passion for creativity.
In the 1861 old winery, representative works of art from the sphere of painting and sculpture are on display, offering visitors the opportunity to come close to contemporary Greek art and the course of artistic expression in Greece.
What is more, Art Space Winery continues regularly the traditional winemaking production includes in its premises a contemporary winery offering renowned products of high quality.

Estate Argyros

The Estate Argyros Winery, located in Episkopi and established in 2015, is a cutting edge establishment, certainly one of the most impressive on the island, covering more than 3000 m2.
Utmost care has been taken to create a most stylish and impressive visitors area, but most of the emphasis was placed in the production facilities, making sure that every stage of the wine making process can be handled with both maximum control and minimum intervention.

Venetsanos Winery

Our third stop takes us to the iconic Venetsanos Winery, famous for its dramatic location overlooking the Santorini caldera. Built in 1947 into the cliffs, it was the island’s first industrial winery and offers a fascinating blend of history, architecture, and wine.
Here, we’ll enjoy a guided tasting of Santorini’s most renowned varieties, including Assyrtiko and Vinsanto, while learning about the island’s unique volcanic terroir. The experience is enriched by stunning views and carefully selected local bites that elevate the wine flavors.
