Rather poor day out , food provided was poor and not as described . Gin quality wasn't very good . Cocktail masterclass consisted of pre provided mixers so just put in shaker and go no selection hardly a masterclass . Host was knowledgeable and informative shame he was let down by product and overall experience

My wife and I had an absolute blast at the the Gin Academy Masterclass with Raven, Jake, and Richie. The evening starts off with a welcome cocktail in their garden, followed by a guided gin tasting on which Raven walked us through 4 Stillgarden creations while delivering an informative and entertaining presentation about Stillgarden and the history of gin. After that we were turned loose on the wall of botanicals where we got to select the recipe for our own signature gin. Around then we were served our second cocktail and a wonderful charcuterie board. The board wasn't quite a whole meal for two, but it was close, definitely a substantial snack. Don't eat too big a dinner beforehand! While our botanicals were distilling, we were lead upstairs where Raven talked more about the process of gin making at Stillgarden and some of the equipment they use. We also were walked through a quick cocktail making class using in-house created ingredients. The evening ended with us getting to create the label for our one of a kind gin.

Overall, this was a super fun experience that was made even more special by Raven's incredible energy and personality. It's a fun mix of education and entertainment. We've done tours that go deeper into history and we've done tours that have done deeper into the science and process of distilling. This one is a really nice balance among history, science, and fun. A really fun date or group experience. Highly recommended!

This unique experience was exceptional. A blend of chemistry, history, and mixology. The cocktails flowed while we learned about gin and hand crafted our own bottle. I highly recommend.

Went there with my girlfriend and we had an amazing evening. Jake's presentation on the history was lovely and drinks all night were an all-around nice experience

This was an excellent evening, I went with my wife but it would equally work well for a group (e.g. hen, girls night, lads night if the lads were into Gin). Hosts are fantastic, you're greeted with your choice of cocktail off the menu, you're given easily 2-3 more drinks (not to mention the 4 gin samplings), there's nice snacks (think bread/cheese/ham/olives) and it's educational in that you learn loads about how Gin is actually made and what makes a good one / bad one.

Coming home you're bringing your own bottle of Gin with you.

Honestly I can't say a bad word about it

100% Recommended. The massterclass was such a great time. I went with my sister and we had a blast. Connor was our 'teacher' and he is just marvelous at what he does. He explained everything with great detail but in such an easy and understandable fun way. Also, cocktails are amazing. 100% we will be back to have few drinks and to help in the comunity garden. Overall, an amazing experience!

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would, EXCELLENT! It is the perfect thing to do that is unique and local while in Dublin. You learn how they make their gin, their innovative cocktails and how they are remaining sustainable while supporting their community. AMAZING! And the plus side is you get to leave with your own bottle of gin that you CREATED!

Also, the local brewery next door is amazing to grab a bite to eat with the locals.

This is more than a place to get local Gin.
It’s a quaint environment with knowledgeable, approachable staff. Clean, modern and fun atmosphere.
I thought I was going to a Gin rating/cocktail making class. When they told us about their mission and vision as a community hub I was very pleased.
Sustainable community connections! I love this place and wish them all the very best :)

I visited Stillgarden last week with a good friend. If you are a fan of gin this is a place you must visit if you are visiting Dublin! I initially booked the shorter tour, but wanted to 'upgrade' to another tour. The staff was helpful in helping me with that!

The tour was interesting and gave a cool history about the origins of gin. Also, a pizza place and a hot sandwhich bar are close-by if you want to grab something to eat.

Only 1 sidenote, the location cannot be easily reached through public transport. I'd recommend getting a bolt/taxi/uber to get to the location.

Very fun and enjoyable with a lot of learning as well

I thoroughly enjoyed the gin school and cocktail masterclass at the stillgarden distillery. It was such an interactive experience and the crew were obviously very passionate about their work and gin of course! The charcuterie board and endless flow of drinks was a great addition and I couldn’t recommend the experience more

Hard to find a better way to spend an afternoon on Dublin.

Really enjoyable afternoon spent in Still garden. All 4 of us (2 drinkers and 2 non drinkers) had a great time and found it informative, entertaining and fun. Wishing these guys all the best for the future of their business - it deserves nothing but huge success.

Got to meet the boss lady Viki, and received an amazing tour and tasting of the gin and vodkas that they create as well as a tour of the botanical garden where the magic happens! I would love to go back and try their gin school. Looked like so much fun! What a special place in Dublin 8 and all of the staff there were very knowledgeable and obviously proud of the distillery AND they should be! Thank you so much to everyone and we shall return!

Amazing experience here. Local distillery that took a lot of time to make this a lovely personalized experience. The tour was really neat and insightful. Joey showed us around and was lovely and personable. Their outdoor cocktail garden was great and we were able to have some drinks before and after the tour. I went home with a lot of gin and cocktail glasses. Lovely time and would definitely recommend. Great booze and great people.

Tastefull. A pleasure garden amidst up and coming industrial Inchicore.

I loved every aspect of the tour at StillGarden Distillery. Truly one of the best tour experiences I have ever been on. The Staff made it such an enjoyable experience, all very friendly and informative about what goes into their gin and I really loved the walk around their gardens where the herbs that go into their gin grow. Their passion, knowledge and enthusiasm for gin making comes across so well. I was there with my work group and the time just flew by. You will have the best experience on this tour and some lovely sampling of their gins as well. We got to make our our gin on the day which was one of the highlights for me. Highly recommend it to everyone interested in Gin and the making of it. It's easy to get to, on the red line Luas tram, if you get off the luas at the Black Horse Luas Stop, it's a short walk from there

Fantastic evening. The lads are very passionate at what they do and it comes across in how well the evening is managed. I learnt a lot about how gin and alcohol is made and had fun while doing it too. It ticks all the boxes as you get to drink, create and have fun. I would highly recommend. I had a wonderful time 10/10
