The driver will wait at the exit of the baggage claim area with a signboard with passengers' names. At the time of booking, we need the arrival flight details to know which terminal your flight will land.

Our drivers will pick you up directly at the arrival terminal in the airport (for this we need to have your flight details because in Milan Malpensa there are 3 terminals), you will reach Milan city center in 1 hour approx, onboard our modern, clean, air-conditioned vehicles. All our drivers are fluent English speaking, so they can introduce Milan at its best. Onboard a complimentary bottle of water will be at your disposal. The baggage allowance is 1 big suitcase per person plus your hand luggage. In case of a larger number of suitcases that cannot be accommodated inside the car, the driver can refuse the service, making clear that the service will be charged anyway. Exceptionally in the case of hotels located in very narrow streets, the driver will drop off passengers at the closest point. Our drivers, all English speaking, will meet you at the arrival terminal, immediately after you exit from the baggage claim area, the driver will wait for you with your name on a signboard, for a maximum of 1 hour from the effective landing of the flight. For this reason is extremely important to exit as soon as you can once landed or in case of delay to call or text your driver to let him know you’ve landed. In approximately 1 hour (traffic permitting) you will reach your accommodation in Milan: an hotel or a private address.
