What You Will Do
Probably the most famous monument in the world and a symbol of the greatness of Rome, the Flavian Amphitheater, better known as the Colosseum, which took the name from the colossal bronze statue of Nero that was nearby.
With the choice to access the Arena floor, explore the amphitheater stage where once games between gladiators, simulations of hunting wild and exotic animals, and naval battles where held.
After visiting colosseum, the next attraction you want to visit is the roman forum. The tickets also include the access to Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.
Stroll through the Palatine Hill, where Rome's wealthy elite once resided, and marvel at the panoramic views over the Eternal City.
Next, walk thorough the Roman Forum:
From the beginning of 6th century BC various monuments were built in this valley: at first, the buildings for political, religious and commercial activities, then the civil basilicas where judicial activities took place, during the second century BC.
