Rome to Civitavecchia Transfers If you are going from Rome to Civitavecchia, we will pick you up from any place. No matter if you are in your hotel, Fiumicino or Ciampino airport, we will take you directly to your departure pier. Our driver will take you to the port easily by ensuring on-time arrival, regardless of urban congestion. Civitavecchia to Rome Transfers If you are going from Civitavecchia to Rome, your private driver will be waiting for you in front of your cruise ship once you disembark inside the pier, (we are authorized to be inside the pier because we all have a special permit). He will hold a sign with your name written on it to be quickly recognized and he will take care of your luggage, then he will take you everywhere you desire, your hotel, Fiumicino or Ciampino airport. √ Pick up from Civitavecchia Cruise Port Your personal driver will be waiting under ship at the assigned dock of the ship. Client has to notify us the details of the ship. √ Pick up from Fiumicino/Ciampino airport Your personal driver will be waiting outside of the luggage claim area after the sliding doors by the column N.2 LIMOUSINE SERVICE NCC the driver will be holding a signboard with a name card. Please provide date of arrival flight number and country of origin. √ Pick up from Rome/Italy railroad station TERMINI STATION Your personal will wait clients at Nike store,leaving the platform going toward to Piazza dei Cinquecento Exit before the sliding doors on the right is the Store. For 1-2 passengers we provide a standard MERCEDES BENZ SEDAN E CLASS with a maximum luggage capacity of 2 suitcases and 2 small carry-on. If you are bringing extra luggage that would not fit into a sedan truck space, please inform us before to make the reservation that you are requesting a larger vehicle and you will be upgraded to a MINIVAN with an extra charge or add additional passenger to obtain a VAN BOOKING. For 4-6 passengers we provide a deluxe MERCEDES BENZ VAN V CLASS or VITO that can accommodate up to 6 check-in suitcases and up to 6 small carry-on. Please advise if your luggage exceeds capacity BEFORE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION as you may require an additional vehicle. IMPORTANT: Failure to inform us of your exact number of luggage may result in our inability to provide the proper size vehicle to accommodate your luggage, and you might be charged for a 2nd vehicle IF AVAILABLE AT LAST MINUTE.
